The 'Quick-Fix' Option: If we find that your issue is a simple fix that can be fully resolved during this first hour (under 30 minutes), you have the option to settle it then and there for a flat $35 Quick-Fix fee—giving you an instant solution without the cost of a full service appointment!

Onsite Appointment

I’ll come to your location to provide dedicated, hands-on tech support. Whether it's a quick resolution or following up on a deep-dive project, I’ll get you back up and running.

Pricing:

$35 flat fee

Standard Hourly (1-hour minimum):

$45/hour for Individuals
$60/hour for Businesses

Once you’ve scheduled, I’ll reach out if necessary to confirm your address and any specific parking instructions.

Remote Appointment

Expert tech support from the comfort of your screen. We’ll connect virtually to resolve your issues without the need for a site visit.

You will receive a meeting link via email automatically upon booking. Please ensure you are at your computer and ready to screen-share at our scheduled meeting time. I can provide assistance or alternate contact methods if you have any difficulty connecting.
